Docs just cleared Rick to probably go home tomorrow and the turban/shower cap look is over!
What a nice way for the Schneiders to start off  Valentine's Day!

Rick can't wait to respond to every single email and blog!  He is thrilled with all your wishes, thoughts and humor!  Rumor has it he is offering a large advance for a ghost write of his memoirs from the last week!  What a journey this has been!

Wow! That is FABULOUS NEWS! Now Ricky can get ready for the Cubs and baseball season. It won't be long before he's out getting his arm loose. Opening Day is only about six weeks off! Honestly, though, the Neumann clan couldn't be happier for Tami, Brady, Casey & Bump! I can't wait to get back to NYC and see him in person.

To the Skipper,
You took us through the eye of the storm. It was dark, quiet, and had no wind. Time stood still until the storm lifted and we saw the sunlight, felt the winds, and smelled the sea water. Happy faces appeared from everywhere, joy abounded with family and children with words of good cheer.

We traveled the path leading to our own mortality through your journey.

We all rejoice in another chance to love and be loved, to live and and bring life to others.

The sun is brighter, our lives are more precious, and you have crowned the important things in life which we have re-lived through this week with you.

May you continue to chart your course on the bright and the beautiful as you always have.

Love,
Janet Butler (Chuck's MOM)
